My Research Interests
- Research Description
I am working on the development of an ultrahigh-throughput microdroplet generator array system for co-encapsulating single cell and single primer-functionalized bead in each uniform nanolitre-sized droplet for single-cell genetic analysis (SCGA). I am also working with Richard Novak to implement this SCGA system in detecting low-frequency mutations and polymorphisms in cell populations for cancer diagnosis, such as the t(14;18) IgH/Bcl2 translocation.
